Scents Emporio creates its own fragrance compositions. Where a product is described as "inspired by" a well-known fragrance, this means our perfumers have created an independent interpretation of a scent profile or fragrance family. Our products are not the original branded fragrances, are not manufactured, licensed, endorsed by or affiliated with any third-party brand, and are not sold as replicas or counterfeits of any branded product.
All third-party brand names and trademarks that may appear on this site are the property of their respective owners and are referenced solely to describe scent character for the customer's understanding. No claim of ownership, association or endorsement is made or implied.
Fragrance is subjective. Scent perception, longevity and projection vary with skin chemistry, climate, application and storage. Descriptions of notes, longevity and projection are indicative guidance, not guarantees.
4. Product Images & Information
We make every effort to display product colours, packaging and details accurately. Slight variation may occur due to screen settings, photography and batch-to-batch packaging updates. We reserve the right to correct any error, inaccuracy or omission in product descriptions, pricing or availability at any time without prior notice.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed through our secure third-party payment partners; we do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
6. Orders & Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, limit or refuse any order including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, bulk-buying for resale, or repeated refused deliveries. If we cancel an order after payment, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

If you have known allergies or sensitive skin, we recommend a patch test before regular use. Scents Emporio is not liable for reactions arising from misuse or undisclosed sensitivity.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any product or order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
