Welcome to Scents Emporio — where smelling like ₹20,000 shouldn’t cost a fortune. If you’ve made a purchase and need to cancel or request a refund, here’s everything you need to know.
1. Order Cancellation
We get it — sometimes, you change your mind (or your nose does).

Cancel within 12 hours of placing your order for a full refund.

After 12 hours, orders are processed and shipped, and cannot be canceled.
To cancel, WhatsApp us or email us at support@scentsemporio.com with your Order ID.
2. Refunds & Replacements
Since perfumes are personal-use products, we do not accept returns for used or opened bottles.
However, we will absolutely refund or replace your item if:

You received the wrong product

Your bottle arrived damaged or leaking

The parcel was never delivered, or was lost in transit
To be eligible, reach out within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your Order ID

A photo/video of the product and packaging
We'll resolve it ASAP. Smelling good shouldn't come with stress.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot accept returns or refunds if:

The perfume has been used or tested

You "don’t like the scent" — we recommend our Discovery Set for sampling!

It's been more than 7 days since delivery
4. How Refunds Work

Approved refunds will be processed within 4–7 business days

Refunds are sent via the original payment method

For COD orders, we’ll request your UPI or bank details
