  • All products are sold under the Scents Emporio label and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any other brand.

  • We strive to provide accurate images, descriptions, and pricing. However, minor differences may occur due to photography or screen settings.

  • Our perfumes are inspired by designer scents, but are not exact replicas or originals.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are listed in INR and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments are accepted via Razorpay, UPI, credit/debit cards, and COD (where available).

  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location.

  • Tracking details will be shared via SMS/email once shipped.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing proof.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them by contacting our support team.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
